There is something very nostalgic about this original tree painting. It's the colour of the foreground that stirs up memories of a staple paint used years ago on old wood buildings, or maybe it just faded out to that colour? I like the little warn patch where you can see something bright and cheerful peeking through. Remember? I used to be this colour. It's a sweet 8 x 8 painting created with a little silver and white in the background and an inked tree as a focal point. This is left unvarnished in a natural state.
